1. Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms 1.1 By booking accommodation with Citystyle Apartments, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. 1.2 These terms apply to all bookings made directly through our website, third-party platforms, or by other means. 

2. Booking Process 2.1 Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. 2.2 A valid identification document and credit/debit card details are required to secure your booking. 2.3 All bookings must be made by individuals over 18 years of age. 

3. Payment Policy 3.1 Payment is processed 5 days prior to arrival which then generates your key codes before dispatching these to you (in both SMS & Email). Self-check-in SMS and Emails are sent to guests at least one day prior to arrival. Group Booking and long-term stay payments can be processed up to 7 days prior to arrival or as pre-arranged. 3.2 Full payment is required and processed within a minimum of 3 to 5 days prior to your arrival date. 3.3 Any additional charges incurred during the stay will be charged prior to checkout. 

4. Cancellation Policy 4.1 Cancellations made before 5 days prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a partial refund. 4.2 100% refund up to 14 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival the check-in date or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Please ensure you cancel earlier than the 14 days, and as soon as possible if required. 

5. Check-In and Check-Out 5.1 Check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out time is no later than 10:00 AM on the scheduled day of departure. 5.2 Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional fees.

 6. Guest Responsibilities 6.1 Guests must comply with all house rules and regulations during their stay. 6.2 Damages or loss caused by guests to the property or its contents will be charged to the responsible party. 6.3 Smoking, unauthorized parties, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 6.4 Guests are responsible for washing and drying of all dishes; and the removal of all rubbish during their stay and prior to checkout. Citystyle cleaners can manage this for you for a fee of $50 which will be billed to your account. 6.5 All apartment keys, swipes, and remote controls supplied to guests are the guest responsibility and MUST be returned upon checkout, as outlined within your check-in instructions. Failure to return these will incur a replacement fee up to $150 per key set. 

7. Changes to Bookings 7.1 Requests for changes to bookings must be communicated as soon as possible and are subject to availability. 7.2 Additional fees may apply for changes. 

8. Liability 8.1 Citystyle Apartments is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the stay. 8.2 Guests use all facilities at their own risk. 

9. Force Majeure 9.1 Citystyle Apartments will not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. 

10. Privacy Policy 10.1 Personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 11. Governing Law 11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
