Positive: Nice location just far enough out of Canberra to enjoy the facilities Negative: The check in process, it was very automated, unfortunately if you arrive late as we did it was a little confusing. We managed to get to our accommodation. Everything was exceptional with the only complaint would be the WiFi wasn't working. The password had been changed so I was unable to connect.

Great View Positive: Security & easy access. The level of support from the host Negative: N/A

Felt like home Positive: Everything I could live here Negative: Absolutely nothing

Town centre stylish apartment Positive: Modern, spacious but compact apartment was stylish and well located. Balcony overlooking internal courtyard with trees and pool added good atmosphere. Negative: Confusion about keys for pickup and therefore accessing correct carpark due to error by property manager made the arrival process stressful and difficult. Phone assistance was provided, so problems was solved before too long.

Worst ever and no customer service to fix any issues. to fix Positive: Worst experience ever. We stay in the area often and will NEVER book this again. No working TV, no wifi, lights out all over the place, bed was so bad with the oldest mattress - not suitable for a couple at all. Not even a box of tissues or any shower gel. Negative: Everything.
