Problematic due to the above.
Positive: Location was OK once I found where the apartment was. Apartment itself was extremely well appointed.
Negative: Locating apartment, finding carpark, access and location of my parking spot were a nightmare.

Convenient location, well equipped apartment.
Positive: Convenient location near lake and Belconnen shopping centre. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious with good facilities such as desk for work purposes.
Negative: The area lacks atmosphere and feels deserted at night. It felt like a regular commercial block of flats rather than a vacation stay. Would be good for a working business trip, but it lacks atmosphere for a short stay vacation.
